Altahericomputers.com, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Site or that the operation of the Site will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, Altahericomputers.com assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Site; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Site

AlTaheriComputers.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Image:
   Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. If a customer purchases a product based on an image that was incorrectly displayed or misleading, Al Taheri Computers reserves the right to cancel the order.
2. Incorrect Pricing:
   In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Al Taheri Computers may cancel the order associated with that incorrect price.
3. Incorrect Description:
   Errors may occur during the process of uploading or collecting product information. Additionally, certain products may have different specifications depending on the region. If a customer purchases a product that differs from the advertised description, Al Taheri Computers may cancel the order.
4. Fraudulent Transactions:
   Al Taheri Computers LLC reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent, including those made using fake email addresses, invalid payment methods, or bulk purchase attempts.

5. Stock Availability Issues:
   Orders may be cancelled if the product becomes unavailable or out of stock at the time of processing. Entire Agreement

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Altahericomputers.com’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Orders held/delayed

• Deliveries are subjected to delays if information is incomplete/incorrect.
• Orders may be placed on hold if the bank raises concern for authentication of the transaction.
