01. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you received your product.

Requests made after this period will be treated as warranty claims and handled under the product’s warranty terms.

Items returned beyond the standard 7-day return window may be accepted only in exceptional cases and subject to prior approval. All such returns will require careful inspection to determine eligibility. The product must be in good resalable condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and contents intact. Approved late returns may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 40%, depending on the product condition and category.

02. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and undamaged.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and brand seals (if applicable).
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, mishandling, or damage.
  • The product must not belong to a non-eligible category (see section 5).
  • If the item is defective, you are entitled to a refund or exchange after verification by our quality team.

03. Refund Duration

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • After approval, refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your bank account or on your payment card statement, depending on your financial institution.

04. How to Initiate a Return

For in-store purchases:

  • Visit our store with the item and the original tax invoice.
  • Approach any of our sales staff, who will assist you in completing the return process.

For online purchases:

  • Email your order details to [email protected]
  • Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and coordinate the process.

05. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange if opened, used, or tampered with:

  • Accessories (e.g., adapters, cables, batteries).
  • Toners, cartridges, and other consumables.
  • Licensed software and digital products.
  • On-demand or specially ordered products.
  • Assembled or customized desktop computers.
  • Laptops upgraded based on customer requests.

06. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item passes inspection and is confirmed eligible.

07. Important Notes

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed only after inspection by our returns team.
  • Return shipping fees (for online orders) are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Clearance, promotional, and discounted items may have special return conditions.
