04. Conditions that Void Warranty
Warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:

- Power surges, electrical fluctuations, or use of incompatible accessories.
- Environmental damage, including excessive heat, humidity, moisture, dust, or pest infestation.
05. Warranty Repairs
- Most warranty-related repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer’s authorized service centers.
- For products without authorized service coverage, you may return them to AL TAHERI COMPUTERS, and we will assist in coordinating the warranty process.
- Repair turnaround time (TAT) depends on the service center and availability of spare parts.
06. Warranty Process
- Submit the product along with proof of purchase.
- The item will be inspected to determine whether the defect is covered under warranty.
- If eligible, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- If not covered, you will be informed of the repair cost before proceeding.
Note: Some service centers may charge an inspection fee if the repair is declined.
07. General Terms & Conditions
- Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
- If a product is declared unrepairable but remains under manufacturer warranty, a replacement of the same model (or the nearest equivalent/upgraded model) will be provided, subject to availability.
- Warranty services, spare part availability, repair duration, and service quality are the responsibility of the manufacturer or its authorized service centers.

- Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal data before submitting devices for repair.
- Please backup data and remove any lock codes or passwords prior to handing over your device.
- Delays caused by incomplete information or pending customer approvals are not included in repair turnaround time.

- Customers are not obligated to accept this offer. Products can be returned without repair if the estimate is declined.
