Placing Orders
Orders can be placed online through our website, you have to be sure that personal data provided is correct and updated. We suggest Customers double check the order form before validating the order. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.
Processing Orders
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 2 working days, provided the items are in stock and successful verified payment. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and Public holidays.

Company Cheques - Cheques would be accepted for bulk orders, items will be dispatched once the cheque cleared from the bank
In order to protect the website visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. Shipping/Delivery Charges
A nominal delivery charge of AED 15.00 per order will be applied regular delivery. Over sized product, delivery to Out of Service Areas or outside the country will incur extra charges and will be notified the cost of shipping before shipping the product. (Currently we deliver within UAE only)
Express Delivery*
We would do our best to fulfill the delivery within 24-48 hours of order confirmation, provided the order placed on working days (Saturday to Thursday) You can expect reasonable delay to some of the remote/out of services areas which you would be notified by our customer service team.
Same day delivery (within Dubai only)*
We now offer Same Day Delivery on selected products. With this service you will be able to receive your order within the same day of your order when the order is placed before 11.59 am UAE time.
Orders are delivered daily excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays. We will not be held responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement or some unavoidable circumstances.
We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charges where your order is not accepted or the person is not available at the address supplied/agreed.
Store Collection - collect your order from our store.
Your orders can be picked up from our store during working hours from Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and public holidays) to save unavoidable delay in shipping and delivery charges, customers who opt for this option would be notified by our customer service once the item is ready to pick.
We reserve the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. We also reserve the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.
Invoice
The order form filled out online by the customer cannot be considered as an invoice. Regardless of the purchase or payment methods, the customer receives an invoice along with parcel when it is delivered. If any correction or insertion of Company name/VAT number required, please send an email to customerservice@altahericomputers.com providing the order details.

We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of any payment details included in your order nevertheless, barring direct negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to information you may provide.
